Terms of service
Terms and conditions of sale
These terms apply to orders placed on www.kalfora.com. Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by KALFORA LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17066392, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. You can contact us at contact@kalfora.com.
2. Our products
We take care to describe our products accurately, including ingredients and nutrition information. Product images are for illustration, and packaging may vary slightly. Please always check the label on the can before drinking.
3. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance happens when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or there is an error in the price or description. If we do, we'll let you know and refund any payment taken.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). KALFORA LTD is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. UK delivery is free. Payment is taken when you place your order. Discount codes are subject to their own terms (for example validity dates and one use per customer) and can't be exchanged for cash.
5. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery details are in our Shipping policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel and return are set out in our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses.
8. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If this happens, we'll contact you as soon as possible and you may cancel your order for a full refund.
9. Your information
We use your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you place your order will apply to that order.
