Shipping policy

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

• Cost: UK delivery is free on every order.
• Delivery time: orders usually arrive within 3–5 working days of being dispatched. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
• Dispatch: we aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of you placing them.

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by courier delays, bad weather or busy periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days, please email contact@kalfora.com with your order number and we'll look into it.

Damaged deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or with any cans leaking, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Launch orders

KALFORA launches on 1 January 2027. Orders placed on launch day may take slightly longer to dispatch while we get everything moving. We'll keep you updated by email.
